1. Summary
The drafting structure is made up by two lines of back roller one line of middle roller and one line of front roller, to form the double drafting areas. The four roller、spindle transmission and lift stroke system is completed by six sets of independent driving systems. All technological parameters can be set、amended、displayed and stored by PLC and touching screen,while it is unnecessary to change the transmission parts.

The Transformation of Ring Spinning Frame
Based on traditional ring spinning frame, some transformations greatly improve the spinning performance and expand yarn varieties with new yarns for more profit.
Several simple reforming schemes are introduced as follows:
1. Change the original machine transmission chain, adopting large torque AC servo motor and precision reducer to control one column drafting roller speed .
All parameters can be set , amended , shown and stored by PLC and touching screen.
Using a set of high resolution encoder to realize closed loop testing and speed tracking, the machine is operating normally.
2. Change the original machine transmission chain, of which two columns drafting roller drive to be separated . They are driven respectively by two sets of servo system.

3. Change the original machine transmission chain and three columns drafting roller into four columns to form two complete draft zone at each spindle (front zone and preliminary draft zone). Three columns roller are controlled by three sets of large torque AC servo motor and precision reducer.
All parameters can be set , amended , shown and stored by PLC and touching screen.
Using a set of high resolution encoder to realize closed loop testing and speed tracking, the machine is operating normally.
